The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made before arrival for your convenience!

The package provided includes:
• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks, sleeper sofas, and futons are typically not pre-made)
• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy
• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom

Living areas on 1 level.
Central heat and air, washer/dryer.
No dishwasher. Home is equipped with an air fryer, blender, and toaster oven.
4 TVs - Smart TV with Cable in the living room and master bedroom, Smart TV with streaming app access in the second bedroom, and Smart TV in the third bedroom.
Wireless high-speed internet access.
Covered porch with surrounding views.
Outside shower with hot water.

No grilling permitted. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without a refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

No smoking is allowed in the house or outside. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows it. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guests for additional cleaning and could result in the eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in the future.

No Pets Allowed At All. Under no circumstances are pets permitted in this home or on these premises at any time. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Day:
• During November through March excluding the holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Days with a 3-night minimum stay are permitted in advance with any arrival and departure day.
• During April through October and holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways with a 3-night minimum stay are only permitted within ten days of arrival and must be booked within a Sunday-Sunday time frame.
Public beach and sound accesses within walking distance (sound access at Shoreline offers sandy beach).
Ask about an Active-Duty Military Discount for active-duty military or immediate family of active-duty military! (Discount not combined with any other offer or discount. Only one discount per reservation.)
This home may also be available for monthly rentals from October - April. Inquire for details.
