Welcome to our beach home! Located on a highly desirable one way street, this stunning Carolina Beach home with incredible views from each level is located across from the beach and has it all!

Just a short distance from the lake, the boardwalk and the popular Tiki Bar on the beach, this luxury home is also located within walking distance to many favorite restaurants as well as the Veggie Wagon.

Whether you are traveling with younger children, teenagers, adults or older ones, you will find this home is equipped for every age.

This home starts on the ground level with a hot tub, in-ground swimming pool, outdoor pool table (arriving mid-may) and shower with a sectional seating area. In the evening, fire up the propane grill to help complete dinner.

Would you prefer to hit the beach today? Inside the garage, you'll find all the necessities you may want for your beach set up including beach chairs, beach toys, beach buggy and a beach cover and more! 3 puddle jumper life vests are also available for your use in the pool.

Take the elevator or stairs from the garage to the first floor where you will find your sleeping quarters with two full baths and 3 large bedrooms. The 4th bedroom is located on the top level.

The master bedroom en suite has a King size bed with brand new pillow top mattress and 2 pillows with a private balcony with seating and a large bathroom with a luxury walk-in rain shower and two sinks. This bedroom is also equipped with a smart television.

The second bedroom has a Queen size bed with brand new pillow top mattress, 2 pillows, a smart television and shares a large full size bathroom with the third bedroom. This full-size bathroom has a tub, double sinks and toddler seat built into their toilets.

The third bedroom is perfect for families with kids or overflow guests. This bedroom has one set of twin bunk beds and one set of queen bunk beds with a full trundle pull out. This room has a total of 8 pillows to accommodate each bed. This bedroom is also equipped with a smart television.

Travel by stairs or elevator to the second level of this home, where there are windows and views galore! You will find a dining room with beverage center that will sit 10 guests comfortably, an upscale kitchen to meet all your cooking needs with seating for four, a living room with a 65 inch smart television, and a smaller sitting room with another smart TV to accommodate all guests as well as a library of books to read during your stay. Off the main sitting area, is another outdoor patio with views of the ocean. You will also find a washer and dryer and half bath on this level.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an optional Alexa device with unlimited music for your use. It has a large 7-foot island with granite counter tops with 4 stools, black stainless steel appliances and equipped with a Keurig and regular coffee maker, kitchenware for younger children, large toaster, blender and waffle maker.

Finally, make your way to the 3rd level (the Water’s Edge rooftop), only accessible by stairs, where you will find an additional bedroom with queen size bed with brand new pillow top mattress with 2 pillows. This bedroom also has an attached half bath and outdoor shower. On this level you will also find an entertainment room, equipped with a large smart television, board games, a cocktail style arcade game with over 400 games for two players and additional seating with incredible views of Carolina Beach. For fitness enthusiasts, you can find a Peloton exercise bike with access to thousands of classes ranging from bike rides, strength training, stretching and yoga. Both of these room are controlled by mini-splits for you A/C and Heating needs.

In between the entertainment room and the 4th bedroom, is an outside oasis equipped with a high top table and 4 Adirondack chairs, surfboard table with 6 stools, and a fire pit with seating for 4. The views from this top open level will make relaxing at the beginning or end of your day one of the favorite parts of your stay.
What else should you know prior to arrival?

This home is fully equipped to make caring for your children a breeze while relaxing yourself. Kitchen is equipped with kid’s plates, cups and utensils. Pack n play, high chair and baby gate available to accommodate toddlers and young children. Minimal outdoor noise with sound machines available in each bedroom. All hard surface flooring with area rugs making cleaning a breeze.

There are 7 TV’s in the home including a 65” television in the main living room. Each television is equipped with Spectrum TV with Netflix and Cable apps on all televisions.

Many of the common areas and 3 bedrooms have ceiling fans in addition to use of the central air unit.

There are two hair dryers in each of the full-size bathrooms on the first level. An iron and ironing board can be found next to the washer and dryer.

Optional Alexa music devices are located in the kitchen, entertainment room on the roof level and in the master bedroom.

Extra pillows and blankets can also be found in the home.

This home has a full house generator should the area lose power. Additionally, there is a desk and printer in the home for your use should you need to “work from home” or take conference calls.

Grilling allowed, gas grill provided. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.

Under no circumstances are tenants permitted to have pets in this home or on these premises at any time. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

Partial Week Getaways:
• End of August to first week of June: 4 night minimum stay permitted in advance with any arrival and departure day - search for availability, get a quote, and make a reservation request online now!
• First week of June to end of August: 7 night minimum required in advance Sunday - Sunday; partial week getaways with a minimum of 4 nights may be permitted last minute but must be within a Sunday-Sunday week time frame.
