A large home with space for the adults, children, and young adults in your family, Tranquil Dunes has a main living area with dining and kitchen, a lower level family room with kitchenette and a second dining space, and a top floor loft with ocean view for additional lounging room. With Atlantic Ocean and canal views from many rooms, this home is delightfully spacious and down-to-earth. With a three tier deck on the street side, the loft, main living level, and family room each access outdoor deck space to take in the beautiful seaside vista. The two tier deck on the canal side provides outdoor deck space with canal view from the main living area and the family room. Bring your boat and dock it just outside at your private dock or use the dock for swimming or fishing.

Bed sizes: Queen + Single, Queen + Single, Queen + Single, 2 Singles, 2 Sets of Bunks.

The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:

• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks, sleeper sofas, and futons are typically not pre-made)

• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy

• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom

On 3 levels with interior stairs.

Level 1: Family room, 2 bedrooms, 1 Bath.

Level 2: Main living, dining, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 Baths. Level 3: Loft area.

This home does not provide Smarthome Keyless Entry. Key pick up and return from our office is required.

Central heat & air, ceiling fans, dishwasher, washer/dryer.

3 cable (digital service with HD programming) flat screen TVs, 3 Blu-Ray/DVD players, VCRs, bookshelf stereo.

Wireless high speed internet access.

Covered porch, decks with furniture, rocking chairs.

Floating boat dock (can accommodate 2 boats).

Enclosed outside shower with hot water.

Grilling allowed. No grill provided. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

No smoking allowed in house or outside. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.

No pets allowed. Under no circumstances are pets are permitted in this home or on these premises at any time. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Day:

• During November through March excluding the holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Days with a 3 night minimum stay are permitted in advance with any arrival and departure day.

• During April through October and holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways with a 3 night minimum stay are only permitted within 10 days of arrival and must be booked within a Sunday-Sunday time frame.

The public beach access is at the beginning of McLeod Ave.
