Head on in to enjoy the great room with vaulted ceiling leading in to the modern kitchen with stainless appliances and ample counter space. Step just beyond the kitchen to access the 3 season room complete with a full dining area and outdoor style living area for your pleasure. Enjoy 3 restful bedrooms as well as a bonus loft room upstairs. Make use of the expansive back yard on the canal for family fun. Bring your kayak, canoe, or paddle board and enjoy launching from your private dock. And the beach is only approximately 500 feet from the house!

Bed Sizes: Queen, Queen, 2 Twins, Double Sleeper Sofa in loft.

The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:

• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom and loft (sleeper sofa is not pre-made)

• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy

• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom

Central heat and air, ceiling fans, dishwasher, washer/dryer.

3 Smart TVs with access to streaming apps such as AppleTV, Netflix, Hulu, and TV games!

PS3 gaming system with various games available for family enjoyment!

Wireless high speed internet access.

Books and board games available too.

Covered porch, 3 season room with screened porch, and ground level patio all with furniture and views!

Outside shower with hot and cold water.

Parking for up to 3 cars with 2 car carport + driveway.

No smoking allowed at any time on premises. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.

Grilling allowed - gas grill provided. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.


Pet Friendly: 2 Dogs Allowed Max. $21.43/night reserved plus tax pet rent per dog. Premises that allow pets only allow friendly, housebroken, flea free dogs. Birds, cats, and all other pets are prohibited. Please ensure you follow pet policies. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Policies are strictly enforced.


Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Day:

• During remainder of 2022, 3 night minimum stay permitted in advance with any arrival and departure day.

Otherwise:

• During November through May excluding the holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Days with a 3 night minimum stay are permitted in advance with any arrival and departure day.

• During June through October and holiday weeks of Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways with a 3 night minimum stay are permitted within 10 days of arrival within a Sunday-Sunday weekly time frame.
