One of four soothing bedrooms is also found on this level.

The top level presents 3 bedrooms and 2 baths including a master suite with private en suite bath! Master suite also provides private balcony with complimentary Atlantic Ocean views sunrise to sunset and beyond!

Enjoy the sea breeze, sights, and sounds from the balcony or covered porch or walk to the beach via the public access less than 100 feet away! Close proximity to downtown amenities including shops and restaurants too!

The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with beds pre-made with with professionally freshly laundered linens for your safety and convenience! The package provided includes:
• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks are not pre-made)
• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy
• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom

Central heat and air, ceiling fans, dishwasher, washers/dryer.
Well-stocked chef's kitchen with stainless appliances, light and bright style, and granite countertops.
Keurig and Standard drip coffeemaker.

Driveway and carport tandem parking for up to 4 cars.
Beach access is less than 100 feet away just north of the property!

No grilling allowed. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.

No pets allowed at all. Under no circumstances are pets are permitted in this home or on these premises at any time. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

Partial Week Getaways: This home allows partial week stays with any arrival and departure day and a 3 night minimum year round!
This home is available for 90 nights or longer stay at monthly rates during October through April - inquire for details.
