The open living area is the perfect place to unwind after a day of fun in the sun, with its fusion of coastal chic and comfortable furnishings. The living area features plenty of seating, a Smart TV, and stunning views of the ocean. Step out onto the oceanfront deck directly from the living area, where you can take in expansive ocean and beach views. The dining area, which has seating for 6-8, is the perfect place to gather for a meal with family and friends. The well-equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, countertop seating for 3, and additional seating for 4 at the island. There is a powder room conveniently located near the kitchen.



Bedroom 1 features a king-sized bed, a Smart TV, and enjoys access to an attached bathroom. The ensuite bathroom features a walk-in shower. There is a workstation so that you can continue to work remotely as you enjoy your vacation. Bedroom 2 features a king-sized bed, a Smart TV, and seating on the second-floor deck. The is a full-sized shared bathroom closest to Bedroom 2. Bedroom 3 offers a queen-sized bed, a full/twin bunk bed, and a Smart TV.

The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:

Up to 2 dogs allowed with paid pet rent of $21.43 per dog per night reserved plus tax. Premises that allow pets only allow friendly, housebroken, flea-free dogs over 12 months old that are on a veterinarian-approved monthly flea/tick treatment and prevention program. Birds, cats, and all other pets are prohibited. Families that bring dogs are required to follow pet policies and pay non-refundable pet rent for each dog as applicable with their reservations. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Policies are strictly enforced.



Grilling allowed - gas grill provided, grilling allowed only in the driveway 10 feet away from structure. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.



No smoking allowed in house or outside. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.
