Take in the ocean view from any lower level bedroom in addition to the living areas, sit in the porch swing while you enjoy the beautiful beach scenes surrounding you, and at dinner time, treat the family to great meals prepared in the delightful kitchen with all the amenities.

The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:

• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks, sleeper sofas, and futons are typically not pre-made)

• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy

• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom

Central heat & air, ceiling fans, brand new ultra-quiet dishwasher, washer/dryer.

Fully equipped kitchen with ultra-quiet dishwasher and Hi-Mac countertops.

High chair.

Keyless entry – no need to pick up or return keys! Check in and out directly at the home using the electronic keypad!

3 cable HDTVs with including a 56" Samsung LED Smart TV in living area with DVR and Blu-Ray/DVD player - part of a fantastic living area TV/entertainment system with stereo sound setup, 42" flat screen with DVD player in master bedroom, and flat screen with Blu-Ray/DVD player in 2 Singles bedroom.

Land line phone with unlimited local and long distance calls within the U.S.

Wireless high speed internet access.

Covered and open decks with furniture, rocking chairs, swing.

Enclosed outside shower with hot water.

Grilling allowed. Weber charcoal grill provided. Gas grill (gas provided). Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

No smoking allowed in house or on premises at any time. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.

No pets allowed. Under no circumstances are pets are permitted in this home or on these premises at any time. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Day are not permitted. Home rents for weekly stays Sunday-Sunday only.
