The Tackle Box is a family beach house with a traditional beach front cottage feel. The Tackle Box offers a freshly remodeled kitchen, large dining area for the family, and family room area all in one great room so the family can visit while cooking, dining, or relaxing on the sofas. With 5 bedrooms all with porch or deck access and 3 full baths, this home will easily accommodate a larger family with space for everyone. One bedroom is on the main level with a full bath. There are two covered porches and three decks that offer both ocean front views and sound side views. A perfect view to watch the sun rise over the Atlantic and see the colors of sunset across the sky during your vacation. A two car garage with interior stair access for easy loading and unloading additionally provides a newly added ping pong table with supplies – it folds up for single person play and folds up to store out of the way. The house also has an exterior hot and cold private shower for that beachside outdoor shower experience. A large dune and seating area built into the dune is perfect for day time seaside views and night time star gazing and listening to the surf. The Tackle Box is the perfect family get away vacation home. Newly remodeled kitchen!

The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:

• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks, sleeper sofas, and futons are typically not pre-made)

• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy

• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom

Central heat & air, ceiling fans, dishwasher, washer/dryer.

2 cable (digital service) TVs, DVD player, VCR.

Wireless high speed internet access.

Multiple covered and open decks with furniture, hammock, beach chairs, fish cleaning sink.

2 car garage as well as driveway parking.

Ping pong table in garage with playing supplies offers games for multiples or folded table for single play.

Table can be folded out of the way when not in use.

Enclosed outside shower with hot water.

Grilling allowed. No grill provided. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

No smoking allowed in house or outside. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.

No tenant pets allowed. Under no circumstances are tenants permitted to have pets in this home or on these premises at any time. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Day are not permitted. Home rents for weekly stays Saturday - Saturday only.
