Enjoy your vacation in the heart of downtown Carolina Beach in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo; Swiftwater. A king bed in the master bedroom gives you room to stretch out and sleep comfortably with a smart roku tv. Bedroom 2 features a queen bed and the living room has a NEW queen sleeper sofa. There are two bathrooms in the hallway; one has a full bath tub and the other is a stand up shower. The kitchen is fully equipped if you decide to eat in! There is a large flat screen in the living room with Spectrum cable and Wi-Fi internet package plus a smart tv. The balcony is located over the swimming pool and allows you to view down town Carolina Beach and our spectacular sun rises. The laundry closet is located off of the balcony and features a full sized washer and dryer. Parking is by permit only and is not assigned. There is a storage closet on the parking level to store your beach equipment. Situated just south of the boardwalk, you will use the Hamlet Avenue beach access; just one street to cross before dipping your toes into the Atlantic Ocean! The Carolina Beach Lake is a block south. Park your vehicle when you arrive and walk to boardwalk for Thursday night fireworks or visit the Saturday produce market and Sunday's featured Movie at The Lake!!!

The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:
• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks, sleeper sofas, and futons are typically not pre-made)
• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy
• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom

Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.

No pets allowed at all. Under no circumstances are pets are permitted in this home or on these premises at any time. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.
