The open floor plan of the upper level features a cozy living room seating area, space for your family to dine together, and a welcoming kitchen, well equipped for preparing your favorite meals. Patio doors in the living area as well as the bedroom on this level access the upper deck to further enhance your beach-side stay. Downstairs on the lower level, all three bedrooms offer quiet spaces for reflection and sleeping after fun-filled days on the beach. Each lower level bedroom has its own recently remodeled bath for your convenience as well as patio doors that open onto the lower deck. Gates on the decks are offered for the safety of your little ones. Frolic in the surf, lounge in the sand, or walk the beach in search of shells at this inviting sanctuary on southern Topsail Island.

The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:

• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks, sleeper sofas, and futons are typically not pre-made)

• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy

• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom

Central heat & air, fans in bedrooms, dishwasher, washer/dryer.

Upper level with fully equipped remodeled kitchen and Keurig coffee maker.

Vaulted ceiling in living/dining areas, all bedrooms access oceanfront decks and 3 bedrooms have private baths.

Samsung Smart TV upstairs and two additional Smart TVs downstairs all with access to streaming apps.

Sonos Bluetooth-enabled soundbar in living area, BluRay DVD player.

Wireless high speed internet access.

Fireplace is not available for tenant use.

Covered and open decks on the oceanfront with furniture, benches, gates, beach chairs.

No grilling allowed at all. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

No smoking allowed in house. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.

No tenant pets allowed. Under no circumstances are tenants permitted to have pets in this home or on these premises at any time. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Day are not permitted. Home rents for weekly stays Saturday - Saturday only.
