SunRays is a short .2 mile walk to the beach. Immaculate single family home in Kure Dunes, Kure Beach. This 4 bedroom 3.5 bath is sure to please the entire family. Large front porch and back decks and a screened back porch surrounded with mature landscaping for a private feel. This kitchen is any chef's dream, cookware galore, and a large dining table that can sit everyone. Plus a kitchen counter for 4 and a breakfast nook that seats 4 for a perfect start to the morning. The master bedroom is on the main floor with a King bed, desk and smart TV with huge private bath that with shower and soaking tub, The other three bedrooms are on the top floor. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, desk and smart TV, private bath with shower that feels like a second master suite. The 3rd room has two double beds and smart TV. The 4th bedroom has a Queen bed with a twin trundle daybed, desk and smart TV. The hall bath has a tub/shower combo with a separate water closet. The garage in this home is the perfect spot for game night, with a ping pong table, foosball, cornhole and extra fridge space for drinks, seating and a smart TV. This home has an outdoor enclosed shower, and parking for the entire family. The two driveways and garage could fit up to 6 cars. No Pets Allowed, Under no circumstances are pets are permitted in this home or on these premises at any time. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.
