Conveniently located literally only a few steps from the private community beach access, this wooden pathway meanders through the bird sanctuary dunes to the sandy shore. The private community pool is a short walk away, as is Topsail Sound with its breathtaking sunsets. The Intracoastal Waterway offers access for paddleboarding, kayaking or simply tide-free waters for your little ones to play. Serenity Point's unique location gives you easy access to all the amenities of the island while being nestled in a quiet area for a relaxing getaway.

Family/Living Area: Queen Sleeper Sofa with 6 inch memory foam mattress for sleeping comfort when needed, love seat, two comfortable chairs, Smart/Roku TV with both cable and streaming access, highspeed wifi internet, books, magazines, cards, games and puzzles - all for your enjoyment.


Dining Area: Large dining table that seats six with additional bar seating for four at the kitchen counter.


Kitchen: Well-stocked with dishes, glassware, cookware, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, Keurig, stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator.


First Floor Bathroom/Laundry: Half bath featuring the laundry area with washer and dryer on the main level and beach towels for your convenience.


Loft: Located just off the stairs landing between the two levels, this space will be quite appealing to your children and teens. A Twin size mattress allows for a lounge and sleeping space, complete with moveable yet sturdy 3-step ladder for easy access.


Master Bedroom: Located upstairs, the large master suite is an absolute cozy nook with beautiful Atlantic Ocean views, comfy queen size bed, desk area doubles as a work space and make-up vanity, bench style luggage stand, flat screen Roku/Smart TV with access to streaming apps, built-in custom closet shelving and an en suite private master bath with vanity and shower. Hair dryer provided for your convenience.


Hall Bedroom: Also located upstairs, the second bedroom features a Queen bed and Twin bed to provide you with the flexibility of a sleeping space that can suit for couples, adults individually, as well as children. The provided dresser gives you ample room to store your items. Enjoy your favorite show away from home with the Smart TV with access to streaming apps. For the young ones or young at heart, games, cards, and books are available.


Hall Bathroom: Along the hall on the upper level, this full bath suitably provides a single vanity sink area as well as a tub and shower combo, and a hair dryer.


Streetside Porch: Enjoy the complimentary vibrant Topsail Sound sunsets with your evening beverage of choice on the covered front porch with seating for two.


Oceanside Porch: Covered and uncovered areas with chairs and a table for four spotlighting scenic 180 degree ocean and shoreline views. Enjoy breakfast or coffee with the sunrise, lunch break on the deck, or evening meals al fresco.


Outdoor Shower: Large private outside shower with hot and cold water and a changing area located in the carport adds to the appeal. Rinse off from the beach or enjoy the experience of an outdoor shower.


Carport: Covered and driveway parking for up to 3 cars – please ensure you park in the correct side of the driveway without blocking the neighbor. Also located in the carport is a storage rack with your available beach supplies including beach umbrella, chairs, boogie boards and miscellaneous toys.


2 Bedrooms + Loft, 2.5 Baths.

Maximum Occupancy: 6.

Bed sizes: Queen, Queen + Twin, Queen Sleeper Sofa in living area, Twin in loft. Updated beds and bedding, desk area added in Master bedroom!

The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:

• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (loft beds, top bunks, sleeper sofas, and futons are typically not pre-made)

• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy

• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom

Bedding is not typically provided for sleeper sofas.

Central heat and air, ceiling fans, dishwasher, washer/dryer.

2 TVs including living area TV with Roku with access to streaming apps and 24 inch Smart TV with access to streaming apps in second bedroom.

Wireless high speed internet access.

Family friendly games, puzzles, books, and magazines!

Hair dryer provided in each bathroom.

Childproof outlet covers and 2 baby gates provided for safety and convenience!

Oceanside covered porch and open deck with seating and 4 person table.

Streetside covered porch with seating for 2.

Beach chairs, camping chairs, kids camping chairs, umbrella, small coolers, beach towels, and beach toys provided!

Community beach access located between 2109B and 2111A Ocean Blvd.

Community pool privileges for house occupants only (pool typically open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day).

Enclosed outside shower with hot water and changing area.

No grilling allowed. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

No smoking allowed in house or outside. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.

No tenant pets allowed. Under no circumstances are tenants permitted to have pets in this home or on these premises at any time. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Day:

• During November through March excluding the holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Days with a 3 night minimum stay are permitted in advance with any arrival and departure day.

• During April through October and holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways with a 3 night minimum stay are only permitted within 10 days of arrival and must be booked within a Sunday - Sunday time frame.
