This gorgeous home with panoramic Atlantic Ocean views in the quiet community in North Topsail Beach offers so much to recommend it including an elevator, 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, TV in living room and each bedroom, two oceanfront deck areas as well as a magnificent top floor master suite with private balcony overlooking the beach and ocean! Private oceanside deck offers hot tub for guest use and shared walkway to the beach puts you right in the sand! Community pool with lounge chairs just adds to the appeal!

Bed sizes: King top floor master suite with private oceanfront balcony, King master bedroom, King master bedroom, Queen bedroom, bedroom with 2 Sets of Twin Bunk Beds. Pack-N-Play.
The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:

• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks, sleeper sofas, and futons are typically not pre-made)

• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy

• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom

Elevator from carport to main living level

Central heat & air, ceiling fans, dishwasher, washer/dryer.

Modern kitchen and ample dining and kitchen bar area seating for meals together.

Booster seat.

6 cable (digital service) TVs each with DVD player.

Books, board games, XBox 360 (bring your own games or rent at a local Redbox).

Wireless high speed internet access.

Covered and open decks offer privacy and provide furniture.

Some beach items provided.

6 person hot tub on oceanside deck available mid-May thru September at no additional charge. Hot tub is available October through mid-May at an additional charge of $125 if requested in advance of stay.

Enclosed outside shower with hot water.

Community pool for house occupants. Community pool typically available Memorial weekend through Labor Day.

Private walkway to the beach right off the deck (walkway is shared with other side of duplex).

Carport parking under property as well as driveway parking in front.

Grilling allowed. No grill provided. Note: Charcoal grilling is not permitted in this community. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

No smoking allowed in house or outside. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.

No tenant pets allowed. Under no circumstances are pets are permitted in this home or on these premises at any time. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Day:

• During November through March excluding the holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Days with a 3 night minimum stay are permitted in advance with any arrival and departure day.

• During April through October and holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways with a 3 night minimum stay are only permitted within 10 days of arrival and must be booked within a Saturday-Saturday time frame.
