Welcome to Pomelo, a beautifully remodeled and modern home across the street from the beach with an exterior paint color to match the tropical fruit giving this home its unique name! This newly updated property offers gorgeous coastal style with relaxing seaside colors throughout mimicking the sea, sky, and sandy beaches of Topsail Island. Modern decor and a beautiful white kitchen with stainless appliances encourages you to create your favorite beach cuisine and the picnic table in the ground level patio invites you to dine al fresco. A comfortable sectional in the living area sets the restful mood and island time vibe as do the three nicely appointed bedrooms perfect for relaxation! Outside, a wrap around deck with furniture, covered areas, and ocean views merely add to the appeal. The beach is only about 300 feet away with a public beach access walkover a few homes homes north and south of this property location!

The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:

• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks, sleeper sofas, and futons are typically not pre-made)

• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy

• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom

Most living areas on 1 level - lower level den area in addition to main living area upstairs!

Central heat & air, ceiling fans, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Keurig coffee maker.

4 Smart TVs with access to streaming apps including larger TV in living area, large TV in lower level den, and 2 smaller TVs in 2 bedrooms.

Wireless high speed internet access.

Covered and open wrap around deck spaces with furniture and ocean views! Ground level patio with picnic table near the provided gas grill area!

Enclosed outside shower.

1 Car Garage available. Additional parking for up to 4 cars in driveway.

Public beach access walkover approximately 300 feet to the north at Craven Ave. and south at Mecklenberg Ave.

Grilling allowed off ground level patio area away from house only - gas grill provided. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

No smoking allowed in house or outside. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.

Dog friendly for up to 2 dogs - $21.43 pet rent per dog per night reserved. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Day:

• During November through March excluding the holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Days with a 3 night minimum stay are permitted in advance with any arrival and departure day.

• During April through October and holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways with a 3 night minimum stay are only permitted within 10 days of arrival and must be booked within a Saturday-Saturday time frame.

Ask about an Active-Duty Military Discount for active-duty military or immediate family of active-duty military! (Discount not combined with any other offer or discount. Only one discount per reservation.)

Home may also be available for monthly rental October - April. Inquire for details.
