Step out to the two level oceanside deck with connected stairs and head on out to the beach for some fun in the sun! The enclosed outside shower with hot water located conveniently just off the walkway to the beach under the home provides a quick spot to wash away the beach before enjoying family movie and dinner night!

The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:

• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks, sleeper sofas, and futons are typically not pre-made)

• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy

• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom

Central heat & air, ceiling fans, dishwasher, washer/dryer.
No keyless access - guest must pick keys up from and return keys to Carolina Retreats Vacations rental office - no-contact pick up and drop off are available!

1 cable (digital service) TV in the living area as well as a TV in the Queen and Double bedrooms with streaming apps accesses.

Wireless high speed internet access.

Covered and open decks with furniture on oceanside!

Enclosed outside shower with hot water!

Parking for up to 4 vehicles - parking in driveway only.

Grilling allowed - gas grill provided (gas refills will be reimbursed upon guest providing realty office with copy of receipt for gas refills!) Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

No smoking allowed in house or outside. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.

No tenant pets allowed. Under no circumstances are tenants permitted to have pets in this home or on these premises at any time. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Day are not permitted. Home rents for weekly stays Sunday - Sunday only.
