The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! Top bunks are not pre-made. The package provided includes:

• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom or sleeping space included in maximum occupancy

• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy

• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom

Central heat & air, dishwasher, washer/dryer, wet bar with 2 beverage refrigerators, oversized chef's stainless gas range with double oven.

8 Smart TVs with access to streaming apps.

Wireless high speed internet access.

Private pool! Pool heat when needed may be added for $300 + tax at time of booking. Inquire for details.

Enclosed outside shower with hot water.

Private beach access walkway connects to oceanside decks and pool area.

Garage and driveway parking for up to 6 cars - no parking allowed off driveway. This policy is strictly enforced.

Grilling allowed - gas grill provided. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

No smoking or vaping allowed in house or outside anywhere on premises at any time. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.

No Pets Allowed At Any Time. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Policies are strictly enforced.

Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Day are permitted in advance with a minimum of 4 nights stay during mid-August to mid-June. During mid-June to mid-August full weekly stays Saturday-Saturday only.
