Located in center of island close to shopping and restaurants. This unit has fantastic views from the large deck with patio seating for 8, with access from living area and master bedroom. Flat screen tv/dvd combo in the living room and master bedroom with King bed and flat screen tv. You also have a fully equipped kitchen stocked with spice rack and wine /beer fridge. 2nd bedroom has a new queen bed with a flat screen tv. The 3rd bedroom has 2 bunk sets perfect for the kids. The complex has an outdoor pool, indoor pool and grilling area.

The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:

• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks, sleeper sofas, and futons are typically not pre-made)

• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy

• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom

Parking for a maximum of 2 cars in provided spaces - 2 parking passes must be picked up from Carolina Retreats Vacations' office.

Grilling allowed - grilling area with grills provided by complex. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.



Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.



Under no circumstances are tenants permitted to have pets in this home or on these premises at any time. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.



Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Day:

• During September through May, excluding holiday weeks, partial week getaways with a 3-night minimum stay are permitted in advance with any arrival and departure day.

• During June through August and holiday weeks partial week getaways with a 3-night minimum stay are permitted within 10 days of arrival within a Saturday-Saturday time frame only.
