With five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and the living, dining, and kitchen areas all on one level, this home provides the security of knowing where everyone is, particularly if you have little ones or your canine companions with you. The comfortably furnished great room with idyllic Atlantic Ocean views opens out to an open sun deck perfect for sunbathing or relaxing with a drink of your choice morning, noon, or night. The solid surface kitchen countertop which extends into the dining area to offer bar seating, combined with the large dining table, provides room enough for the entire family to dine together. If dining out is in your plans, this home is just a short drive to the shops and restaurants of downtown Surf City.

The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:

• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks, sleeper sofas, and futons are typically not pre-made)

• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy

• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom

• Kitchen set.

Living areas on 1 level.

Central heat & air, dishwasher, washer/dryer in laundry closet by dining area.

3 cable (digital service) TVs including a 32" HDTV in the living area with HD programming, DVD player.

Wireless high speed internet access.

Unlimited local and US long distance phone calls.

Oceanfront open deck with furniture including adirondack chairs, streetside covered porch.

Outside shower.

Grilling not permitted at any time. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

No smoking allowed in house or outside. No smoking or vaping allowed in house or anywhere outside on premises at any time. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.

Up to 2 dogs allowed with paid pet rent of $21.43 per dog per night reserved plus tax. Premises that allow pets only allow friendly, housebroken, flea free dogs over 12 months old that are on a veterinarian approved monthly flea/tick treatment and prevention program. Birds, cats, and all other pets are prohibited. Families that bring dogs are required to follow pet policies and pay non-refundable pet rent for each dog as applicable with their reservations. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Policies are strictly enforced.

Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Day are not permitted. Home rents for weekly stays Saturday - Saturday only.

This one level cottage offers a spacious great room with vaulted ceilings, covered parking for 2 cars, driveway parking for additional vehicles, on quiet street within walking distance to Surf City.
