With a fully renovated kitchen and brand new appliances, refreshes throughout, the interior of this home is sure to delight while beautiful Atlantic Ocean views and Intracoastal Waterway views may be seen from inside and out! This home offers plenty to do without getting in your car: relax on one of 4 balcony and deck spaces, curl up with a book in the living area, lounge in the comfortable bedrooms, walk down the community boardwalk to the community beach access to the beach, or head across the street via the community boardwalk to the community soundfront dock, gazebo, and picnic area.

The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:

• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks, sleeper sofas, and futons are typically not pre-made)

• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy

• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom

Bedding is not typically provided for sleeper sofas.

Central heat & air, ceiling fans, dishwasher, washer/dryer.

Newly renovated kitchen and kitchen appliances!

1 cable TV in the living area, Blu-Ray player.

Wireless high speed internet access.

Covered and open decks on the oceanside and streetside, both with furniture.

Community beach access located via boardwalk just down the street.

Community sound access with gazebo and picnic area via boardwalk path on the soundfront.

Enclosed outside shower with hot water.

No grilling allowed. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

No smoking allowed in house or outside. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.

No pets allowed at all. Under no circumstances are pets are permitted in this home or on these premises at any time. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Day are not permitted. Home rents for weekly stays Saturday - Saturday only.
