Welcome to Paradise Palms! This 4BR and 3 BA Ocean Front Home is located on a quiet street and away from the crowds. Situated on the south end of Topsail Beach and far away from public accesses on either side, you nearly have your own private beach! Amazing views looking north and south from the large decks. Entire home has been furnished with all new furniture in 2021. Main living areas have views from every corner and a nice open floor plan with vaulted ceilings. 3 Bedrooms on the lower level all have their own sliding door for easy access in and out and amazing beach views. The 4th Bedroom is located on the top floor near the main living areas. Master BR has a king Tempur-Pedic mattress and 65” LED TV. Two additional guest rooms have queen Tempur-Pedic mattresses and the other guest room has two full/double beds. Home has breezy coastal colors with a beachy feel which will be enjoyed! Kitchen is well-stocked!

The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:

• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks, sleeper sofas, and futons are typically not pre-made)

• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy

• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom

Central heat & air, ceiling fans, dishwasher, washer/dryer.

2 flat panel HDTVs with cable and access to streaming apps, DVD player.

Wireless high speed internet access.

Covered and open decks with furniture.

Outside shower on beach access walkway convenient for rinsing off the sand before heading in for dinner!

Grilling allowed - charcoal grill provided. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

No smoking allowed in house or outside. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.

No tenant pets allowed. Under no circumstances are tenants permitted to have pets in this home or on these premises at any time. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Day are not permitted. Home rents for weekly stays Sunday - Sunday only.
