There's no shortage of stunning sights at Palm Beach North, a beautiful beach retreat on serene North Topsail Beach. With balconies on every floor, you can enjoy the best of both worlds with beautiful views of the sound and the ocean! Located just a short walk to beach access, you can hit the sandy shore with ease, head to the community pool for a splashing good time, or sit back and relax on the dock just off of the back of the property!



The open-plan living area features beautiful views of the sound from indoors and has ample seating, a Smart TV, and direct access to a furnished covered balcony. The separate dining area features seating for 8, the perfect place to gather for a meal after a day of adventure on Topsail Island. The well-stocked kitchen is a great place to prepare a meal and has additional countertop seating for 4.



The first floor boasts a bedroom with a king-sized bed, a Smart TV, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom. Additionally, there are two bedrooms, each furnished with queen-sized beds, flat-screen TVs, and balconies. These two bedrooms share access to a bathroom. The entire third floor is exclusively dedicated to the grand primary suite, offering a king-sized bed, a sitting area with a sleeper sofa, an ensuite bathroom, and access to private balconies on both the sound side and the beach side of the home!

The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:

• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom

• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy

• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom

Central heat & air, ceiling fans, dishwasher, washer/dryer.

5 Smart TVs with access to streaming apps.

Wireless high-speed internet access.

Well-stocked, chef's kitchen with bar seating.

Each bedroom features balcony access.

Grilling is allowed - gas grill provided. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.



No smoking allowed in house or outside. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.



No tenant pets allowed at any time. Under no circumstances are tenants permitted to have pets in this home or on these premises at any time. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.



Partial Week Getaways:

• During Mid-August through Mid-June: Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Days with a 3-night minimum stay are permitted in advance of arrival and departure.

• During Mid-June through Mid-August: Partial Week Getaways with a 3-night minimum stay are permitted within 10 days of arrival and must be booked within a Sunday-Sunday time frame.
