Bed sizes: On the ground level is a bedroom with queen bed and full bath, on the third level is the master suite with queen bed and full bath, 2nd bedroom with 2 sets of twin size bunk beds and hall bath
The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with freshly laundered, shrink-wrapped, linens with no-contact after laundering for your safety:

• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom

• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy

• Bathroom set including hand towel and bath mat

Open concept living area on main floor

Central heat & air, ceiling fans, dishwasher, washer/dryer on main floor, ½ bath on main floor

3 cable TVs, including one in the bedroom on bottom level and master bedroom,
Wireless high speed internet access

Oceanfront deck with dining table and seating for eight, additional decks on street side off of main level and third level hallway

Grilling allowed, grill provided. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

No smoking allowed in house. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.

No pets allowed, Under no circumstances are pets are permitted in this home or on these premises at any time. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

Garage parking for 1 car/storage, driveway parking for up to 3 cars. No parking is allowed on any grass area, sand or the side of the road

Partial Week Getaways:

• During Mid-August through Mid-June Partial Week Getaways with a 3 night minimum stay are permitted in advance with any arrival and departure day
