Make Our Beach House your next vacation rental location! This reverse split level floor plan home offers scenic Atlantic Ocean views from the top level living, dining, and kitchen areas as well as all three oceanfront bedrooms on the lower level. Light colored walls with colorful furnishings provide welcoming spaces to relax inside while the upper level’s charming street side balcony and two ocean side decks offer the opportunity to take in the views at Topsail Beach. Sit at the sunny dining area and play a friendly game of cards or enjoy one of the board games provided, lounge on the deck and take pleasure in the sun and sea, or head down to the beach to play in the sand and surf.

Bed sizes: King, King, Queen, 2 Singles, 2 additional roll-away single beds.

The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:

• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks, sleeper sofas, and futons are typically not pre-made)

• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy

• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom

Bedding is not typically provided for roll-aways.

Central heat & air, ceiling fans, dishwasher, washer/dryer.

4 cable (digital service) TVs including a 40” flat screen HDTV in the living area and a flat screen TV in each lower level bedroom, Blu-Ray/DVD player, VCR, DVD player, stereo, CD player, large selection of movies, board games.

Wired/Wireless high speed internet access.

Open deck and covered porch each with deck furniture including rocking chairs, beach chairs, and umbrellas.

Enclosed outside shower with hot water.

Grilling allowed. Gas grill (gas provided). Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

No smoking allowed in house or outside. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.

No pets allowed. Under no circumstances are pets are permitted in this home or on these premises at any time. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Day are not permitted. Home rents for weekly stays Saturday - Saturday only.
