The King size primary bedroom is a true retreat with a private bathroom with a large walk-in shower and covered deck. The second bedroom has a Queen and 2 Twin beds with the second bathroom with a tub/shower combo right next to it, this property is suitable for a couple's vacation or family stay! Fully equipped kitchen to meet all your cooking needs and also includes a Keurig as well as a regular coffee maker.



Ideally located within walking distance to the Marina and the Classic Oceanside Carolina Beach Boardwalk which features a full host of shops, restaurants, and nightlife for visitors of all ages to explore. From sunrise to sunset all through the summer, the Boardwalk is the place to be. Spectacular fireworks, fun family movies, top tapping music – the events are endless!

The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:

• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks, sleeper sofas, and futons are typically not pre-made)

• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy

• Bathroom set including hand towel and bath mat for each interior bathroom



Central heat and air, ceiling fans, dishwasher, washer/dryer.

3 Smart TVs (living area and each bedroom) each with access to streaming apps.

Wireless high speed internet access.

Covered porch balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean with view to the oceanfront community pool and community beach access walkover.

Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.



Dog friendly for up to 2 small dogs under 30 lbs with pet rent of $21.43 per dog per night reserved plus tax. Leashed Dogs are allowed on the beach from October 1st-March 31st at any time of the day. April 1st-September 30th dogs are allowed from 5pm-9am only. Dogs are not allowed on the beach 9am-5pm. Dogs are not allowed on furniture & must be crated if left alone.



Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.



Partial Week Getaways and Advance Alternate Day Stays:

• After Labor Day to before Memorial Day, partial week getaways are permitted with a 2 night minimum stay with any arrival/departure day.

• During Memorial Day - Labor Day, full weekly stays Sunday-Sunday are permitted in advance. Partial week getaways are permitted within 10 days of arrival with a 3 night minimum stay within a Sunday-Sunday time frame.
This property may be available for extended monthly stay during October - April. Inquire for details.



Absolutely NO Events (Reunions, Weddings, Parties, etc) are allowed at this property.
