Three levels of living spaces, include 4 bedrooms plus a bonus room to allow ample sleeping for up to 12 guests. This ia a beautiful three-story oceanfront townhome with stunning, uninterrupted views of the ocean from the expansive living area with tons of natural light, the massive attached deck, and the third-floor sundeck off the primary suite. The first floor is home to 1 bedroom with a King size bed, a full bathroom, and a bonus room entertainment space that includes 2 twin bunk beds. On the second floor, you and your family can hang out in the large living room, which has a deck attached. You can also spend time together in the open kitchen, which has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. This floor has the second bedroom, with a king-size bed, and a hall bathroom. The top floor, has the remaining two bedrooms and a show-stopping panoramic view from the attached deck off the primary suite. Both bedrooms on this level have king-size beds and flat screen TVs. Guests can enjoy the Ocean Dunes Resort's indoor pool and hot tub, fitness center, tennis courts, and beach access for some Carolina fun-in-the-sun.

The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:

• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks, sleeper sofas, and futons are typically not pre-made)

• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy

• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom

Grilling allowed - community grilling area with charcoal grills provided only. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

No smoking allowed inside at any time. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.

No Tenant Pets Allowed At Any Time. Under no circumstances are tenants permitted to bring pets in this home or on these premises at any time. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

• MidJune - MidAugust: Partial Week Getaways with a 2 night minimum stay are only permitted within 10 days of arrival and must be booked within a Sunday-Sunday time frame.
