The Lindy-B cottage enjoys a beautiful view of the Topsail Sound from the screen porch. Major renovations to the Lindy-B include new vinyl flooring throughout the second level, freshly painted paneled walls, new Shaker kitchen cabinets, microwave, refrigerator, updated lighting, and a quartz island for food preparation or seating. The large open living and dining area include new comfortable coastal furniture and a game table for family fun. A small sound dock offers boating, fishing, floating, and feeding the gulls.

The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:

• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks, sleeper sofas, and futons are typically not pre-made)

• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy

• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom

Central air upstairs & gas heat (upstairs), no AC downstairs, ceiling fans, dishwasher, brand new washer/dryer for 2019.

2 cable (digital service with HD programming) TVs including 40 inch Smart TV in the living area and a 32 inch flat screen in the lower level, DVD player.

Soundside screened porch and sliding doors with seating and porch fans.

Soundfront stationary pier and sound walkway with a new bench on the dock overlooking the sound!1 side of garage for tenant use.

Grilling allowed. Charcoal grill provided. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

No smoking allowed in house. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.

No pets allowed. Under no circumstances are pets are permitted in this home or on these premises at any time. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Day are not permitted. Home rents for weekly stays Sunday - Sunday only.

The closest public beach access is at the end of Drum Ave.
