Stunning views of the sound and marsh lands plus your own private sandy beach, deep water dock and floating platform in your backyard. Pelicans, herons, shrimp, fish and crabs abound. Dock has fish cleaning sink, electricity, water and outdoor shower. Beach access with ramp two blocks away. Covered porches front and back with rocking chairs and other outdoor furniture. Large picnic table and benches on the paved patio soundside. Modern amenities include 5 flat panel cable HDTVs with two offering WIFI connection and streaming apps, wireless high speed internet access, elevator, fully equipped kitchen, as well as a large garage with laundry. The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:

• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks, sleeper sofas, and futons are typically not pre-made)

• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy

• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom

Bedding is not typically provided for futons.

Central heat & air, ceiling fans, dishwasher, washer/dryer in ground level garage area.

5 flat panel HD TVs including living area 50 inch TV with WIFI connection and streaming apps and south Queen Bedroom 43 inch TV with WIFI connection and Google Cast.

Wireless high speed internet access.

Covered gated porch with furniture.

Deep water boat dock/pier with fish cleaning sink, fresh water and electricity.

Outside shower.

South garage available for tenant parking/storage.

Gravel parking area is suitable for 4 typical vehicles.

Grilling allowed. Charcoal grill provided. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

No smoking allowed in house. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.

Up to 2 dogs allowed with paid pet rent of $21.43 per dog per night reserved plus tax. Premises that allow pets only allow friendly, housebroken, flea free dogs over 12 months old that are on a veterinarian approved monthly flea/tick treatment and prevention program. Birds, cats, and all other pets are prohibited. Families that bring dogs are required to follow pet policies and pay non-refundable pet rent for each dog as applicable with their reservations. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Policies are strictly enforced.

Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Day:

• During November through March excluding the holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Days with a 3 night minimum stay are permitted in advance with any arrival and departure day.

• During April through October and holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways with a 3 night minimum stay are only permitted within 10 days of arrival and must be booked within a Sunday-Sunday time frame.

The public beach access is on the south side of the Sea Vista Motel just south of Florida Ave. (see Map H).

This home is available for Off season winter monthly rentals. Please submit a request for more information at the right to receive details.

Boat lift and north garage not available for tenant use.
