You'll stay "Just for the Shell of It" at this traditional, comfortably furnished beach bungalow in idyllic Topsail Beach on southern Topsail Island! This home provides an open style living space seating for everyone as well as a large dining area. View the ocean from inside or step out to the ocean side covered porch to take in the seaside vista while you lounge on the furniture provided. Bring your family and your canine cohorts to frolic on the beach, relax on the shaded covered porch, grill surf and turf on the charcoal grill, or use the complimentary wireless internet to keep in touch with those not fortunate enough to be at Topsail Beach. Everybody can watch a favorite show on the TVs in the living area and each bedroom. Also included is a rainy day selection of books, puzzles, and games. No smoking allowed in house - smoking permitted outside only.

The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:

• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks, sleeper sofas, and futons are typically not pre-made)

• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy

• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom

Living areas on 1 level.

Central heat & air, ceiling fans, dishwasher, washer/dryer.

High chair.

5 smart TVs with access to streaming apps - in the living room and each bedroom.

Wireless high speed internet access.

Covered porch with furniture, rocking chairs, and a table.

Outside shower with hot water.

Grilling allowed in driveway only. Charcoal grill provided. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

No smoking allowed in house or outside on premises at any time. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.

Up to 2 dogs under 50 lbs each allowed with paid pet rent of $21.43 per dog per night reserved plus tax. Premises that allow pets only allow friendly, housebroken, flea free dogs over 12 months old that are on a veterinarian approved monthly flea/tick treatment and prevention program. Birds, cats, and all other pets are prohibited. Families that bring dogs are required to follow pet policies and pay non-refundable pet rent for each dog as applicable with their reservations. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Policies are strictly enforced.

Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Day:

• During November through March excluding the holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Days with a 3 night minimum stay are permitted in advance with any arrival and departure day.

• During April through October and holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways with a 3 night minimum stay are only permitted within 10 days of arrival and must be booked within a Sunday-Sunday time frame.
