Welcome to Jersey Blues - Ocean views from every floor! This brand-new home sleeps up to 10 people with 4 bedrooms and a pull-out couch. The main living area is completely open with a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable pull-out sectional sleeper couch to relax and watch tv and a spacious dining area. The second floor hosts an Owner's suite with king bed, nicely appointed bath, and a private porch to enjoy your morning coffee or after dinner drink. On the 3rd floor, there are 2 queen bedrooms, both with water views and a 4th bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed. There is a bathroom on every floor including an outside shower and powder room on the ground/bar floor. This downstairs lounge area has an entertaining bar, tv and plenty of seating to hang out and continue to relax after your day at the beach. The home also includes an elevator that goes to all 4 levels. There is also a fire pit in the yard to enjoy on those cooler nights. Jersey Blues is located a couple blocks from the beach and suggest going to the North Carolina street beach to enjoy the proximity to the infamous Tiki bar. This location gives you easy access to downtown stores, bars and restaurants but out of the hustle and bustle for a truly relaxing time at the beach. The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:

• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks, sleeper sofas, and futons are typically not pre-made)

• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy

• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom

One dog under 40 lbs. allowed with paid pet rent of $28.58 per dog per night reserved plus tax. Premises that allow pets only allow friendly, housebroken, flea free dogs over 12 months old that are on a veterinarian approved monthly flea/tick treatment and prevention program. Birds, cats, and all other pets are prohibited. Families that bring dogs are required to follow pet policies and pay non-refundable pet rent for each dog as applicable with their reservations. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Policies are strictly enforced.



Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.



Grilling is permitted. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.
