This professionally decorated home in a quiet locale at North Topsail offers a wonderful layout with room for up to 14 of you and your family and friends - 2 King Master bedrooms, 1 Queen Master Bedroom, an additional bedroom with 2 Sets of Bunks, as well as dual sleeper sofas in the living area provide sleeping for all! For the electronically connected, enjoy 1 of the 5 flat screen TVs and DVD players or connect with others via the included WIFI. A large two level deck on the oceanfront along with a gazebo with seating on the front dune expand your living space and connect you to the seaside outdoors.

Bed sizes: King, King, Queen, 2 Sets of Bunks, 2 Queen Sleeper Sofas in living area.

The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:

• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks, sleeper sofas, and futons are typically not pre-made)

• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy

• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom


Bedding is not typically provided for sleeper sofas.

Central heat & air, ceiling fans, dishwasher, washer/dryer.5 cable (digital service) flatscreen TVs each with DVD player.

Wireless high speed internet access.

Open and covered oceanfront decks with furniture as well as gazebo and seating area on front dune.

Enclosed outside shower with hot water.

Grilling allowed. No grill provided.

No smoking allowed in house or outside.

No pets allowed.

Partial Week Getaways:

• During November through March excluding the holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways with a 3 night minimum stay are permitted in advance with any arrival and departure day.

• During April through October and holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways with a 3 night minimum stay are only permitted within 10 days of arrival and must be booked within a Saturday-Saturday time frame.

This home may also be available for monthly rentals October - April. Please submit a request for more information at the right to receive details
