The kitchen with stainless appliances including an oversized refrigerator, two beverage refrigerators, a double wall oven, 2 dishwashers, and more makes prepping meals and snacks for your group a breeze! And 9 welcoming bedrooms each decorated with its own aesthetic rounds out some but not all of the perfect places to enjoy time indoors! Not to mention the billiards room and home gym for added activities! Outside, the two level oceanside deck areas with complementary ocean breezes and sea views walk out and down to the ground level stonework patio and pool area complete with loungers and beachside landscaping. Accessible from the patio or either level deck via exterior stairs, the private beach access boardwalk takes you right out to the front dune seating area with hot tub and picnic area which you can enjoy before or after you partake of some fun in the sun on the beach strand!

• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks, sleeper sofas, and futons are typically not pre-made)

• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy

• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom

Private pool with surrounding beautiful stonework patio complete with coastal landscaping! Pool heat option is available for guest stays after Labor Day week to the week before Memorial Day week at a cost of $500 per week. Guest must request in advance of arrival for arrangements to be made.

2 private hot tubs! Hot tubs are available Memorial Day week through Labor Day week at no additional cost. Hot tubs are available after Labor Day week to the week before Memorial Day week at a cost of $150 per hot tub per week. Guest requesting after Labor Day to before Memorial Day must request in advance of arrival for arrangements to be made.

Enclosed outside shower with hot water.

Garage is not available for guest use at any time.

Driveway parking for up to 10 cars - no parking allowed off driveway. This policy is strictly enforced.

This home does permit Special Events such as weddings and family reunions. Payment of the Special Event Fee of $1500 and additional Event Addendum signature is required. Inquire for details.

Grilling allowed - gas grill provided. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

No smoking or vaping allowed in house or anywhere outside on premises at any time. Under no circumstances is smoking or vaping permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.

No pets allowed. Under no circumstances are pets are permitted in this home or on these premises at any time. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Day:
• October 1 - March 1 excluding holiday weeks: Permitted with a 3 night minimum stay in advance with any arrival and departure day.

• March 1 - October 1 and holiday weeks: Not permitted. Rents for weekly stays Saturday-Saturday only.
