Carrle/Trachtman provides room for your family with open style top level living, dining, and kitchen spaces and an additional comfortably furnished den with a street side balcony. Recent updates include new granite kitchen countertops, refinished and reupholstered furniture, new decor, expanded deck on dune, enlarged upper level decks, whole-house water softener and reverse osmosis filter water station in kitchen and for icemaker and more. The large dining table conveniently located between the living and kitchen areas and additional outdoor dining set on the top deck provide space for everyone to gather for meals prepared in the modern kitchen. All three lower level bedrooms have sliders to access the deck, two of which are master suites. The upper level bedroom provides a private balcony with Topsail Sound views. Both decks lead to the walkway to the beach complete with new enlarged deck and seating area on dune offering stunning Atlantic Ocean views and salt-air breezes.

The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:

• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks, sleeper sofas, and futons are typically not pre-made)

• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy

• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom

Central heat & air, ceiling fans, dishwasher, washer/dryer.

Upper level has living areas with vaulted ceilings on oceanside and separate den with TV, balcony, and bedroom with balcony on street side.

2 cable (digital service) 51 inch flat screen HDTVs (in living area and den) with accompanying Smart Blu-ray players which offer Netflix streaming video.

Wireless high speed internet access.

Open and covered decks with furniture.

Enclosed outside shower with hot water.

Grilling allowed. Gas grill (gas provided). Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

No smoking allowed in house. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.

Up to 2 dogs allowed with paid pet rent of $25 per dog per night reserved plus tax. Premises that allow pets only allow friendly, housebroken, flea free dogs over 12 months old that are on a veterinarian approved monthly flea/tick treatment and prevention program. Birds, cats, and all other pets are prohibited. Families that bring dogs are required to follow pet policies and pay non-refundable pet rent for each dog as applicable with their reservations. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Policies are strictly enforced.

Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Day:

• During November through March excluding the holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Days with a 3 night minimum stay are permitted in advance with any arrival and departure day.

• During April through October and holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways with a 3 night minimum stay are only permitted within 10 days of arrival and must be booked within a Saturday-Saturday time frame.

Ground level storage and fireplace not available.
