Oceanfront deck with broad view of the ocean. Pet-friendly gates offer your beloved dogs the view of the beach and safety being outside while you lounge around reading a good book or taking an afternoon siesta. Head on down to the beach for fun in the sun and sand!! A brand new hot-and-cold shower and another rinse off shower right on the deck to cool-off and clean off sand when you finish your beach activities.


An evening card game or foosball match in the enclosed garage delivers a happy family together time. Come enjoy beautiful Topsail Beach at this home away from home!!!!

The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:

• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks, sleeper sofas, and futons are typically not pre-made)

• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy

• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom

Living areas on 1 level.

Central heat & air, ceiling fan in every room, dishwasher, washer/dryer.

2 standard coffee makers as well as Keurig coffee maker!

2 Smart TVs with Roku access to streaming services, 2 DVD players.

Wireless high speed internet access.

Open, gated oceanside deck with furniture and built in bench seating!

Outside rinse-off shower on the walkway to the beach.

Game room in garage with foosball, new mini-fridge - NO parking inside garage.

Grilling allowed. Charcoal grill provided. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

No smoking allowed anywhere on premises (Not in house or outside building). Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.

Up to 2 medium dogs (under 50 lbs each) allowed - $25 + tax pet rent per dog per night reserved. Premises that allow pets only allow friendly, housebroken, flea free dogs over 12 months old that are on a veterinarian approved monthly flea/tick treatment and prevention program. Birds, cats, and all other pets are prohibited. Families that bring dogs are required to follow pet policies and pay non-refundable pet rent for each dog as applicable with their reservations. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Policies are strictly enforced.

Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Day are not permitted. Home rents for weekly stays Sunday - Sunday only.
