Plus, it's situated just across the street from the beach, so you can enjoy endless fun in the sun!



This brand-new getaway has been designed with guests in mind and features all of the luxuries and high-end amenities to ensure you have a memorable and relaxing stay. The open living and dining space features ample seating, a Smart TV, direct porch access, and expansive ocean and beach views from the windows. The kitchen is a chef's dream, with brand-new stainless appliances and island seating for 6. Each bedroom features water or beach views and enjoys access to ensuite bathrooms for added privacy.

The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:

• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks, sleeper sofas, and futons are typically not pre-made)

• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy

• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom

Central heat & air, ceiling fans, dishwasher, washer/dryer.

4 Smart TVs (living area and each bedroom)

Wireless high-speed internet access.

Board games, cards, and puzzles.

Access to the rooftop deck with lounge seating, outdoor kitchen, and a wet bar.

Grilling allowed - charcoal grill provided. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without a refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

Partial Week Getaways:

• During Mid-June through Mid-August: Partial Week Getaways with a 3-night minimum stay are only permitted within 10 days of arrival and must be booked with any arrival and departure.

• During Mid-August through Mid-June: Partial Week Getaways with a 2-night minimum stay are permitted in advance with any arrival and departure day.
