Gather the entire family in the large living room around the fireplace and enjoy the 46" flat screen TV/DVD, OR cook on the grill and enjoy the meal on the spacious back deck or at the large dining table inside. Relax in the master suite with queen bed, full bath and new flat screen TV. Beach access is located within 500 feet. This home is also within walking distance of the historical Fort Fisher State Park and just a short distance from the NC Aquarium, and the Ft. Fisher-Southport Ferry. Maximum occupancy of 10 and parking of no more than 6 vehicles strictly enforced. NO PARKING IS ALLOWED ON ANY GRASS AREA, SAND OR THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO REMOVE THEM.

Grilling permitted; grill provided. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

No smoking allowed in house. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.

No pets allowed. Under no circumstances are pets are permitted in this home or on these premises at any time. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.


Carport and Driveway parking for up to 6 vehicles.

Partial Week Getaways:

• During Mid-August through Mid-June Partial Week Getaways with a 3-night minimum stay are permitted in advance with any arrival and departure day.

• During Mid-June through Mid-August Partial Week Getaways may only be booked within 10 days of arrival within Saturday-Saturday time frame.
