The fully equipped kitchen will meet all of your cooking needs.

Direct beach access is steps away. Reserved covered parking, lockable beach closet, outdoor shower, picnic table and charcoal grill, and a small private gated pool with lounge furniture can be found on the property. Carolina Beach Lake Park is a block away. You will find paddle boats rentals, walking paths, weekly summer farmer’s market, family movie nights, and other events. The heart of Carolina Beach is a mere six blocks away. With this easy stroll, you will find dining, shops, arcades and amusements, the world’s best donuts, bike and water sport rentals, and a variety of entertaining events. The marina offers water cruises, charter fishing and a view of the days catch, which is fun for all to see. Many more exciting, educational and fun family-oriented activities can be found on Pleasure Island.

No smoking allowed in house. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.

No Pets allowed. Under no circumstances are pets are permitted in this home or on these premises at any time. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.
