Just a block and a half from the ocean, this newly furnished townhome is ideal for a family or friends wanting to spend time together at the beach. This home has a luxurious master suite with a spa style bathroom. Additionally, the home does have 2 decks with outdoor seating. The home and neighborhood setting are not suited to events such as sorority, fraternity, bachelor or bachelorette parties, etc.


If you are looking for a larger home, side A is also rentable making this a 6 bedroom unit. Check with Carolina Retreats for availability.

The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with freshly laundered, shrink-wrapped, linens with no-contact after laundering your safety:

Grilling allowed. Gas grill (gas provided). Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

No smoking allowed in house or outside. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.

2 dogs allowed with paid pet rent of $21.43 per dog per night reserved plus tax. Premises that allow pets only allow friendly, housebroken, flea free dogs over 12 months old that are on a veterinarian approved monthly flea/tick treatment and prevention program. Birds, cats, and all other pets are prohibited. Families that bring dogs are required to follow pet policies and pay non-refundable pet rent for each dog as applicable with their reservations. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Policies are strictly enforced

Partial Week Getaways:

• During mid-August to mid-June: Partial Week Getaways with a 3 night minimum stay are permitted in advance with any arrival and departure day.

• During mid-June to mid-August: : Partial Week Getaways with a 3 night minimum stay are only permitted within 10 days of arrival and must be booked within a Saturday-Saturday time frame.

Don't forget to ask about a discount for active military, veteran, teacher, first responder. Only one discount per reservation. Cannot be combined with any discount or special.
