The ocean side gated deck beckons you to sit a spell in a rocking chair or on the built-in benches on the walkway or wander on down to explore the sand and shells while you memorize the beauty of Topsail Beach. Also, the garage area is perfect for parking one to two of your vehicles and provides ample storage for all your beach items!

The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:

• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks, sleeper sofas, and futons are typically not pre-made)

• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy

• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom

Living areas on 1 level.

Central heat & air, ceiling fans throughout home, dishwasher, updated microwave, washer/dryer in utility room off garage area.

Well equipped kitchen with granite countertops.

Modern dining table set with additional dining chair seating if needed.

5 TVs with Roku access to streaming apps, 4 DVD players, portable stereo.

Wireless high speed internet access.

Large covered porch and open sundeck on the ocean side with gate, rocking chairs, and built-in benches as well as additional built-in seating area at the end of the beach access walkway that seats 8. The perfect place to take in the morning sunrise over the ocean!

Streetside open deck area is gated and offers furniture - great place to enjoy Topsail sunsets!

2 car garage also offers ample room for storage of your beach items!

Outside shower with hot water.

Grilling allowed. Gas grill (gas provided). Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

No smoking allowed inside or outside on premises at any time. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.

No pets allowed. Under no circumstances are pets are permitted in this home or on these premises at any time. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Day:

• During November through March excluding the holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Days with a 3 night minimum stay are permitted in advance with any arrival and departure day.

• During April through October and holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways with a 3 night minimum stay are only permitted within 10 days of arrival and must be booked within a Saturday-Saturday time frame.

Ask about an Active-Duty Military Discount for active-duty military or immediate family of active-duty military! (Discount not combined with any other offer or discount. Only one discount per reservation.)

This home may also be available for monthly rentals October - April. Please submit a request for more information at the right to receive details.
