No Smoking

Smoking is not allowed in rooms or suites. Guests who smoke or use vapor type devices in rooms will be charged an additional $200 fee for cleaning and restoration.

Pet Policy

The Beach House has several dog friendly rooms and suites – 1BR Apt/Suite 101, 1BR Apt/Suite 102, 1BR Apt/Suite 104, 1BR Apt/Suite 105, 2BR Apt/Suite 200, 2BR Apt/Suite 201, Room 110, room 111. $25 per night reserved per dog plus tax non-refundable pet rent applies. This amount is not included in the initial quote for your stay and is to be paid prior to arrival. The only dogs permitted must be friendly, housebroken, flea free dogs over 12 months old that are on a veterinarian approved monthly flea/tick treatment and prevention program. No other pets are permitted. Dogs are not permitted on furniture. We understand that many dogs naturally shed – guests should take steps to remove pet hair prior to check out. Guests are responsible for any accidental damages that occur such as carpet stains or damage to walls, floors, or furniture. Unreported pet damages may result in additional charges to guests. Concealed and/or unauthorized pets will result in immediate eviction without refund and/or at The Beach House’s discretion, payment of $200 pet rent per dog plus tax charged to the credit card on record.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations prior to 7 days of arrival date will receive a refund of their deposit minus a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival date will be responsible for the entire reservation total. For Third-Party Reservation Cancellation Policies, refer directly to the Third-Party Site.
• Prepay & Save Rate Cancellation Policy
  Prepay & Save exclusive offers are non-refundable rates that require full prepayment at the time of booking and are non refundable under any and all cancellation circumstances.

Deposit Policy

• At time of booking, a deposit of 50% of the reservation total is required to confirm reservation. The remaining reservation balance is collected 7 days prior to arrival. If booking is within 7 days of arrival, a 100% deposit is required. All reservations must be paid in full prior to check in. All guests must provide a valid and current credit card to remain on file.
• Guests understand that they shall not be entitled to any refund or rebate due to acts of nature, unfavorable weather, disruption of internet or utility services, malfunctioning or missing equipment/appliances/furnishings, surrounding construction and associated noise, beach nourishment construction, or any other situation occurring not under our control. Guest agrees to vacate upon a mandatory evacuation order or if in hotel management’s sole discretion deems it in the best interest of the guest to vacate.
